本アプリはあなたの個人データを収集しません。解析・広告・第三者トラッキングSDKを一切含まず、メモの記録・分類・対応のヒントはすべて端末内で動作します。

本プライバシーポリシーは、Okojyo-Soft（以下「提供者」）が提供するモバイルアプリ「DeskJot / 情シスのメモ」（以下「本アプリ」）に適用され、本アプリが扱うデータ・扱わないデータについて説明します。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、提供者が運用するいかなるサーバーにも、あなたの個人情報を収集・送信・保存しません。具体的には：

解析や利用トラッキングを行いません（IPアドレス、端末識別子、閲覧画面、利用時間などを記録しません）。
広告および第三者トラッキングSDKを使用しません。
音声入力（口述によるメモ作成）は端末内の音声認識で処理され、音声や書き起こしテキストが提供者へ送信されることはありません。マイクは記録中のみ使用します。
あなたのメモ内容をネットワーク送信しません。記録・カテゴリ分類・対応のヒントの生成は端末内で完結します。外部リンク（規約や関連ページ等）をタップするとブラウザで開きますが、その操作で提供者がデータを受け取ることはありません。
対応期限のリマインドは、端末内のローカル通知のみで実現します。リモートプッシュ通知やそのためのトークン取得は行わず、通知に関する情報が提供者へ送信されることはありません。
メモのエクスポート（CSV / Markdown）は、あなたが操作したときにのみ端末内でファイルを生成し、iOSの共有シートであなたが選んだ保存先（Files・iCloud Drive・他アプリ等）へ渡されます。アプリが自動でエクスポートしたり、提供者へ送信したりすることはありません。

2. 端末内に保存される情報

メモ（問い合わせ内容）、カテゴリ、対応状況、対応期限、設定は、お使いの端末内にローカル保存されます。
プレミアムでiCloud同期を有効にしている場合、これらは Apple の iCloud ストレージを通じて、あなた自身の Apple デバイス間で同期されることがあります。このデータはあなた個人の iCloud アカウント内に留まり、提供者はアクセスできません。iCloud には Apple のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
「対応のヒント」は、本アプリに同梱されたオフラインのナレッジ（対処フロー・コマンド・ナレッジ）と、端末内のルールベース生成によって作成されます。外部への問い合わせは行いません。

3. 購入について

任意の買い切り「プレミアム」は、App Store（StoreKit）を通じて Apple が処理します。決済は Apple が扱い、提供者があなたの決済情報を受領・保存することはありません。購入の取り扱いには Apple の規約およびプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

4. あなたが任意で送信する情報

お問い合わせフォーム（Google フォーム）またはメール（devmmou@gmail.com）で提供者にご連絡いただいた場合、提供者はあなたが記載した情報（メールアドレスや本文など）を受け取ります。これはお問い合わせへの回答のみに使用し、マーケティングには使用しません。フォーム送信は Google のサービスを通じて処理され、Google のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

5. お子さまについて

本アプリは社内ヘルプデスク（情シス）など実務者向けのツールであり、子ども向けではありません。本アプリは個人データを一切収集しないため、年齢を問わず、子どもから情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

6. あなたの権利

本アプリは個人データを収集しないため、提供者がアクセス・訂正・削除すべき個人データは原則として存在しません。あなたが送信したメールやフォームの内容については、devmmou@gmail.com への連絡で削除を依頼できます。EEA/英国（GDPR）やカリフォルニア州（CCPA/CPRA）等にお住まいの方は個人データに関する権利を有する場合がありますが、個人データを収集していないため、これらは任意のお問い合わせ内容にのみ適用されます。

7. セキュリティ

提供者は、サポート連絡を通じて受け取った情報について、合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。端末内のメモの保護は、お使いのデバイスのロック等のセキュリティ機能に依存します。

8. 国際的な利用者

サポートのメールおよびフォームは一般的なサービスを通じて処理され、あなたの居住国以外で処理される場合があります。それ以外の個人データは収集・移転されません。

9. 変更

提供者は本ポリシーを更新することがあります。重要な変更は、改定発効日とともに本ページに掲載します。

Privacy Policy

DeskJot does not collect your personal data. It contains no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking SDKs; capturing, categorizing, and suggested handling all run on-device.

This Privacy Policy applies to the DeskJot / 情シスのメモ mobile app (the “Application”), provided by Okojyo-Soft (the “Service Provider”). It explains what data the Application does and does not handle.

1. Information We Collect

The Application does not collect, transmit, or store your personal information on any server operated by the Service Provider. Specifically:

No analytics or usage tracking. The Application does not record your IP address, device identifiers, the screens you view, or how long you use it.
No advertising or third-party tracking SDKs.
Voice input (dictating a memo) is processed by on-device speech recognition; neither the audio nor the transcribed text is sent to the Service Provider. The microphone is used only while recording.
No network transmission of your memos. Capture, categorization, and suggested handling are completed on-device. Tapping an external link (such as terms or a related page) opens it in your browser; the Service Provider does not receive data from that action.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

Memos (request content), categories, status, due dates, and settings are stored locally on your device.
If you enable iCloud sync with Premium, this information may sync across your own Apple devices via Apple’s iCloud storage. It remains within your personal iCloud account; the Service Provider cannot access it. iCloud is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
“Suggested handling” is produced from an offline knowledge base bundled in the Application (resolution flows, commands, references) plus on-device rule-based generation. No external lookups are made.

3. Purchases

The optional one-time “Premium” is processed by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit). Apple handles your payment; the Service Provider does not receive or store your payment details. Purchases are governed by Apple’s terms and privacy policy.

4. Information You Send Voluntarily

If you contact the Service Provider through the contact form (Google Forms) or by email (devmmou@gmail.com), the Service Provider will receive the information you choose to include (such as your email address and message). This is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not used for marketing. Form submissions are processed through Google’s services and are governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.

5. Children

The Application is a tool for professionals such as corporate IT helpdesks and is not directed to children. Because it collects no personal data, it does not knowingly collect information from children of any age.

6. Your Rights

Because the Application collects no personal data, there is generally no personal data for the Service Provider to access, correct, or delete. For any email or form correspondence you have sent, you may request its deletion by contacting devmmou@gmail.com. Residents of regions such as the EEA/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA) may have rights regarding personal data; because no personal data is collected, these apply only to any voluntary correspondence.

7. Security

The Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to any information received through support correspondence. Protection of on-device memos relies on your device’s own security features, such as the device passcode.

8. International Users

Support email and form submissions are handled through standard services and may be processed in countries other than your own. No other personal data is collected or transferred.

9. Changes

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
