From what you type, it surfaces a resolution flow, checks to run, and related commands. With fewer clues, it drafts first response / checks / risks. All on-device—nothing sent out.
Network / Account / Security / Printer / Hardware / Mail / On-/Off-boarding / File Sharing. When unsure, it stays uncolored as "Uncategorized." Override manually anytime.
Move each request through Open → In Progress → Resolved. Log what fixed it in resolution notes, and record the requester too. Home shows Overdue / Due today / Open at a glance—tap a card to jump to the list or calendar.
Memos with a due date are announced once at your chosen time, so nothing gets forgotten. On-device local notifications only—no remote push, nothing sent out. Toggle and set the time in Settings.
Export all memos as CSV or Markdown (available on the free plan). The file is generated on-device, then handed to the destination you choose in the share sheet (Files, iCloud Drive, other apps).
